Bought this after one of the technicians at my company had one he used for self-soldering electrical connectors. I found these to be a far better solution for connecting automotive wiring than crimp style connectors and this heat gun makes the job a breeze.Took one star away because the gauge of the metal used for the heat shield is a bit thin and doesn't fit quite as tightly on the end of the heat gun as I would like but not really a big deal. Would definitely buy again.
